Carlos Gomez was our salesman, and this was the most pleasant car buying experience ever. We arrived at CPHonda for a test drive of the FIt, not prepared to buy that day. Carlos got us set up with a car to drive and off we went by ourselves. After a somewhat lengthy test drive because of traffic we finally got back to the dealership. I told Carlos we were going to shop for a good price and he gave us a "walk out the door" price. Over the next few days I got some quotes from other dealers and found the price was suitable. We committed to the deal over the phone and picked up the car at a pre-arranged time. The "negotiation" was the most painless ever (note I had done alot of research first). Only slight complaint was a bit of a wait for the Finance department, but Rashad was great to deal with once we got to his office. All in all I would recommend these folks and this dealership to folks. More

College Park Honda, specifically Mr. Carlos Gomez, was recommended to me by sister-in-law, who purchased her car with Carlos the year before. After having tried another dealership that was completely rud recommended to me by sister-in-law, who purchased her car with Carlos the year before. After having tried another dealership that was completely rude and unhelpful, I was happy to go somewhere I thought I'd have a better chance of finding The One. Carlos and team were great- friendly, knowledgable, and patient. When I later came back to pick up a car accessory I'd ordered, he even went out of his way to install it with me, so that I could see how it worked. This was a relief, as the dealership had an hour-long wait for accessor installation. All in all, I was very pleased with my experience with CP Honda and Carlos. Note: the only reason I can't give Customer Service a 5 is because I didn't like the floor manager we worked with when negotiating the final price. His demeanor was bored and uninterested, which maybe is his negotiation tactic but the guy just came off as rude. I don't need to be coddled and have my hand held through a negotiation, but at least look like you're taking the situation, and me, seriously. I did leave with a car I love at a price I'm very happy with, though. More
