Mike went out of his way to ensure we had everything we wanted on the car. He also called us after the sale to see if we were having any problems with the car. Upon receipt of my tags, he willingly put wanted on the car. He also called us after the sale to see if we were having any problems with the car. Very bad experience. I sent an email asking if they could beat another dealer's price. I clearly sent them the details including destination charge tax and tags. They said they will match it or beat it. When beat another dealer's price. I clearly sent them the details including destination charge tax and tags. They said they will match it or beat it. When I went there, they tried to add the destination charge twice and some idiotic protection package for $900. When I called out their bluff, they refused to match the price. What a waste of good bit of Saturday.. On the positive side, they were never too aggressive. Dishonest dealership. I would never buy nor recommend them to anybody. More
While shopping for my new Honda I went to several Honda dealerships around the beltway, and from beginning to end the staff at College Park Honda made me feel good and comfortable about my purchase. They w dealerships around the beltway, and from beginning to end the staff at College Park Honda made me feel good and comfortable about my purchase. They went above and beyond to make this an easy transaction. They were completely honest through the whole process. And I could not be any happier. They have earned my return business as well as the business of anyone else I know looking for a great car buying experience! More

I bought and Installed Honda MP3 player a year ago and it stopped working may be a minor work. They ask me to pay $105.00 to diagnose and then more money, simply a ripoff. I spend 568 dollars with installation for buy a crap. Their Service Manager Cris Sclptuer avoid meeting me and I have to come back. All staff is bad. More
Seriously!! Go if you want them to lie to you in every step. Francesco calls when I explicitly said no phone calls-- just emails. I ask to beat a price and they MATCH it. Then they email back asking if yo step. Francesco calls when I explicitly said no phone calls-- just emails. I ask to beat a price and they MATCH it. Then they email back asking if your still interested. They try to fool you in every direction! They even doubt you when you have evidence of other dealer's offer. BAD VERY BAD... DON'T even try. They bombard, raid and try to get you with their OBNOXIOUS, IRRITATING, BOMBARDING you with what you EXPLICITLY ask NOT TO DO!! SERIOUSLY WOW they are IDIOTS!! I don't know how they do business BUT they definitely try to rip you off!! More
I went to the dealership to find to cars of interest. I test drove them both and sat down with a salesman by the name of Jesus to negotiate a price. Jesus gave me the most OUTSTANDING customer service ever test drove them both and sat down with a salesman by the name of Jesus to negotiate a price. Jesus gave me the most OUTSTANDING customer service ever! However, another salesman by the name of Tim who began to takeover and began negotiating with me over Jesus was ok but full of *Sugar *Honey *Iced *Tea. I spent 2 days negotiating with Tim and finalized a deal with him. When Tim finally agreed with the deal it was 5pm which was after my bank had closed. Tim had me sign a paper itemizing what my purchase would include etc. stating that once I receive my approval letter from my bank that I would close the deal with the agreed price. After doing so I gave him the form and left. First thing in the morning I contacted my bank and got my approval letter ASAP. Tim and Jesus had to have called me 5+ times to question did I have it (approval letter) and what time was I coming. I left work early Friday to beat traffic and to get to the dealership to close this deal (so excited). Well once it was time to go over my payment, Tim was so concerned about my approval letter because it was 2000 dollars cheaper than what the actual car was for however, I was putting 2000 down in cash. My bank required me to put 10% down on the car which i was putting more than 10% down. Tim kept asking where is my money down and made himself believe that I had to put 10% additional down on the loan and not the car. After he walked away and spoke to his manager, he came back and said that he didn't know but the car got sold earlier today and that they got an offer for 1000 more, he then had the audacity to ask me if I would like to match it. WTF!!! No I dont want to match it. I want the deal that we negotiated for 2days and that i took off work early to come down here and sign. He then began to try to get me to look at cars that HE wanted me to buy and not what my interest was; basically in the same range that i had the money for now that he knew what i was working with to keep from negotiating and trying to bring the price down. I think this place has A LOT of BS with them and I would not recommend anyone to purchase from them. It might be some type of scheme in the signing agreement. I read a review above that mentioned the exact same and I am hearing that there customer service is horrible. My bank even said he was up to no good because as a sales person he should know better than to think that I had to put a down payment on the car especially being that he works with this type of stuff daily. Hey, check this out...A week later I had somebody call up there about the same car and the car was still there. They were pressing my friend to come in and told him that they would give him and excellent deal. LOL RIDICULOUS and HILARIOUS!!! More
Guess What? Absolutely THE MOST Dishonest dealer in town. The worst experience ever. First, they will never provide you with Price in writing. BUT THEY WILL SAY, JUST BRING THE OFFER IN, WE WILL BEAT IT. So, The worst experience ever. First, they will never provide you with Price in writing. BUT THEY WILL SAY, JUST BRING THE OFFER IN, WE WILL BEAT IT. So, I took the offer to them, and offered $19,000.00 for 2009 HONDA ACCORD LX-P. They accepted the offered, shook hands. But then it was 820pm. Everyone went back home, therefore the transaction can not be complete that night. So, the sales guy agreed that the transaction will be done tomorrow. Went back as promised, GUESS WHAT? THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE PRICE. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS? OH, ABOUT THE LIFETIME WARRANTY, THEY WOULD CHARGE $100/EVERY COVERED COMPONENTS WHEN REPAIR IS NEEDED. WHAT GOOD IS THAT? More
