Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback - we appreciate the opportunity to proactively address and correct issues that come to light. We invest this time because it is very important to us that you as a customer know that you appreciated and realize that we are very sorry for any unwelcomed experience you have here. Regarding service, from what I understand, the original part was installed over 12 months ago and was out of the Honda 12 month or 12k mile warranty. In order to determine the actual problem, a tech would need to diagnosis it. Our standard fee for diagnosis was quoted. After declining diagnosis, you requested to speak with Chris who was on a conference call with the corporate office of Honda and a customer. Upon finishing his call, he came out to meet with you, but you had left. (He had come out of his office a couple times while on that call to gain clarification from others in his department.) Regarding the sale/purchase of a vehicle, we were certainly happy that you were in the market to purchase a vehicle, but the Manager’s must still maintain specific price levels (even in this economy). We wish you well with your new purchase.
