My Honda CR-V had a recall for a fuel pump and when I called to schedule the appointment I was told I would be called as soon as the part was in, and I received the call. I brought the vehicle into the dealership in Greeley and it was promptly attended to. I was offered a desk with computer to work on while I waited as I told the service man I would be staying. The work area was perfect and very much appreciated. The service man politely let me know that my car was ready and to take my time putting my work papers away. The repair took less time than I anticipated and it was a pleasant surprise. My experience for this recall was very well handled and is much appreciated. More
