Wanted to add a quick note - after I filed this report and he was notifed by your company, Bob the sales manager finally contacted me. Forwarded my original emails then stated he never got them -- even thought he forwarded them with his note! Also said he had given me a special treatment by letting me bring the car to Denver for my mechanic to check out, when his salesperson had told me originally they do this all the time for Denver customers. Classic used car salesmen lines again. The communications with him were abrupt and borderline confrontational. Said I was out of luck on the $100 coupon and they wouldn't honor it because I didn't remind them they had given it to me, and then said they would send a check for the cost of the emissions test. That was August 13, and still no check. Maybe I was spoiled from my previous two car purchases at a Saturn dealership in Denver - they were respectful, upfront and honest. My gut tells me this place has a general issue with single women. Steer clear ladies.

Honda of Greeley responded

Customer went to the DMV prior to receiving any notification from the dealer, a lender OR the DMV, which is the standard procedure. Upon finding out that he went to the DMV prematurely, he proceeded to call our title clerk, Darlene, a kind older woman and yell and berate her. She apologized, but explained to him that there is a certain amount of processing time involved in doing title work properly and she deals with numerous customers each month. He took this as her being "too busy" and again began yelling at her that he took time off for work to get his plates. As for the rest of this review, if any of it were true and it was brought to our attention, we would have dealt with it accordingly. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. This gentleman was never lied to or mislead in any way shape or form. We are always willing to find solutions for any customer issues as long as they are reasonable.
