John, the finance manager had us sign a blank form then filled in the amounts. We didn't realize what he was charging for the Wrap-around and service contract until it was too late! We went over there the next day, but he said that we already signed the contract. The car itself is wonderful. I can't believe the great gas mileage. (2011 Honda Accord with 11,000+ miles, sold by Dean Leod). He sold as a Certified Used Car. John, the Finance Mgr told us the the certified wasn't really good enough(only covered factory defects) and somehow talked us into a Wrap-Around coverage and service contract, GAP insurance and who knows what else. We didn't know the actual price of the car, just the amount of our payments, until after we signed the blank form and he ran it through the printer. It was not a good experience by any means. We just weren't thinking at all that day. We couldn't have been. Today we met with Tom Moore, General Manager and Jay Neilan, Sales Manager. They listened very carefully to what we had to say and asked what they could do to rectify the situation and make us satisfied customers. They went above and beyond our expectations and we are now very satisfied customers. Go Honda of Gainesville!!! More

We love our new Honda Pilot.We have animals we travel with and have plenty of room for cages,luggage,and coolers.It rides very quiet and we hear very little road noise. My shopping experience with Honda of Gainesville/Harris Walters was great!! I had been shopping for a lease vehicle for over a week visiting other local dealerships. I have never owned a Honda before...I have had Toyota's for years. So, naturally I started at Gatorland Toyota. Drove the Venza, they laid out a pretty darn good deal. But I just wasn't convinced the Venza was for me. It felt boxy and big. So off to the Hyundai dealership. Super salesman showed me lot's of different SUV's... but that is not what I wanted. I have friends that swear by Honda's so I felt I needed to go give Honda of Gainesille a chance. I was greeted warmly by Harris Walters and I knew immediately this guy is a professional. It was just about making a sale to him. It was about turning me into a Honda fan. He really led me down a different path than my other two salespeople from the other dealerships. I started to feel that he was paying attention to me and what my needs were. He basically led me through the process of elimination and suddenly I was so excited about being a Honda Crosstour owner that I just had to have that car...but in white please with Ivory trim. Bless Harris' heart, he took off that evening and went to pick up my new white Crosstour from a dealer a couple of hundred miles away. He wanted to make sure I had my new vehicle before I left town for a business trip the next day. WoW!! He is the best!! I went to pick up my new Crosstour and there it sat ready to go with a full tank of gas and detailed to the max. I signed a couple of documents and away I went...a happy new Honda customer, thanks to Harris Walters and the rest of the gang at Honda of Gainesville. Thank you all for your efforts!!! More
