Jonathan Cordero was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was helpful throughout the process. The finance folks could have been a bit more friendly, but they were good at their job, but just very busy I thi was helpful throughout the process. I did all my negotiating via the internet on line with Bernie Acosta. We negotiated options and pricing all on line. I wanted to make it a simple and quick car buying experience. We negotiated a price acceptable to me, went down and met him in person and he demonstrated all the features of the car. We then went through a very quick meeting with financing dept. and were on the road in our new car in about 30 minutes. Bernie was very personable and easy to deal with. Kyle Petersen was the dealer contact. He was very open, helpful and friendly. He listened to our statement of our situation and did his very best to meet the needs which we'd expressed. The finance person gave us an "out the door" price but when the final papers came out, the price came out to be some $45 more. Kyle got this corrected without argument or further discussion. On a follow-up visit, we pointed out to Kyle that the "C" in the Honda CRV logo was missing from the trunk lid. He checked first to see if the logo was in stock and then made sure it was ordered by the dealership. When it arrived, he called us. We drove to the dealership, Kyle had the logo installed by the detailers and we were on our way. We were and are impressed with Kyle's customer relations skills and follow-thru. More
