Mr. Harris Walters was very professional in his sales approach with us. He took time to answer our questions and he was very thorough in explaining the features of the Honda Odyssey. After completing t approach with us. He took time to answer our questions and he was very thorough in explaining the features of the Honda Odyssey. After completing the finance papers, Mr Walters again went over some of the features on the Odyssey that we had not had on our 2001 Odyssey. Mr. Walters also followed up the sale with a telephone call to ask if we had any questions about the car and that was appreciated. Unfortunately, car dealers are still playing the negotiation game and although I was not directly involved in negotiations with Mr. Walters, I had to endure the unpleasantness of negotiations. I also thought the amount of time it took to finally initiate the paper (computer) work after making our decision to purchase the Odyssey was too long. It was obvious from Mr. Walters' apologies that this time delay was not due to him. We were at Honda of Gainesville from 1:00 to 5:28. More

Both Sales Rep (Sheri Foraker and Harris Walters) were both superb and patient with us. Our Finance person was very knowledgeable as well. Although we knew we wanted to trade for a new Odyssey, we did no both superb and patient with us. Our Finance person was very knowledgeable as well. Although we knew we wanted to trade for a new Odyssey, we did not realize (our fault) the car price. Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase. We have purchased an Accord, CR-V (2004) and Odyssey (2007) at this dealership. I want to also say that your Service Dept is super as well. More
There are a couple of reasons I had a pleasant experience at Honda of Gainesville: - a full tank of gas was provided - friendly sales & finance people - I was provided with only one key when I purchased t at Honda of Gainesville: - a full tank of gas was provided - friendly sales & finance people - I was provided with only one key when I purchased the car. Honda was willing to make me a second key but I needed to bring the vehicle to them during the day. This was difficult for me because of my job so Honda sent over someone to pick up my van, take it to have a new key made, and bring it back to my office. This customer service made a favorable experience a great one! More

I was very pleased with my buying experience at Honda of Gainesville, but I knew I would be as I have purchased a car there before. The stafff goes out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible t Gainesville, but I knew I would be as I have purchased a car there before. The stafff goes out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible to try to make what can be difficult, easy. The dealership is spacious and super clean, and comfortable. Upon entering the facility for the first time I did not expect to buy a vehicle, especially after looking for almost a year. He always gave my wife and I plenty of time to browse the inventory and test drive all desired vehicles for any duration. He also fought to bring the price well below Kelly Blue Book value while adding in oil changes and car washes. He did everything he could to sale me and excellent vehicle that we can show off and be proud of. We viewed the Carefax together and discussed the qualities of the previous owner who had purchased several cars from Gainesville Honda over the years and was a very satisfied customer. The previous owner enjoyed the service of Honda Gainesville so much that every oil change and service was performed and documented on the car records and on the Carfax. Ryan had shown us an excellent, well maintained vehicle and managed to make it affordable for my family! Thank you Ryan!!! More
