Because I was used to driving a Honda and liked the wa I am writing to you to let you know about my recent experience of leasing a 2013 Honda coupe. Because I was used to driving a Honda and liked the way it handled I wanted to stay with a Honda. Since I live in Ocala I first went to the local Honda dealer, but to my dismay I was treated quite poorly. After waiting 40 minutes the salesperson finally came back with a ridiculously high figure. I then asked for information about the 2012 coupe and he said he would look it up and get back to me – that never happened. As a result of this treatment I went to Honda of Gainesville on Tuesday, December 11th to look into leasing the 2013 Honda coupe and the sales people were wonderful - not like Ocala at all! The sales rep that assisted me was Ryan Hurewitz and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was so courteous and patient - a true professional. At no time did he patronize me or not take me seriously. He took the time to explain the option packages, answered my questions and showed me how all the electronics in my new car functioned. In fact all the people I came in contact with at Honda of Gainesville were very professional and excelled at customer service. Kelly Meggs worked very hard to get me a price I could afford and Julio Perez diligently explained all the paperwork that needed to be processed. You can be sure that in 3 years when it is time to get another car I will be returning to Honda of Gainesville and asking for Ryan Hurewitz. Cynthia Katz More

The first thing I can say is this my SECOND FIT- I love the car! In 2008 we were next door at the Saturn dealership ( now closed ) & no one approached us to see if we needed help. For the last few years not only servicing on the Honda has been done at Gainesville Honda-My husband's Toyota is serviced with them too. I love the up-grades to this 2012. I know I will enjoy this car. My rating is based on the professionalism that you receive from the moment you enter Gainesville Honda !!! That could be for sales, service, finance or questions.
