This was my first new car purchase and I expected the typical pushy, "untrustworthy car salesman" attitude from a dealership but I did not get that with my salesperson. I worked with Chris Irvin who could not have been more helpful, patient and courteous throughout the process. He walked me through everything with great attention to detail and answered all of my concerns about Honda models. Even after the buy he's followed up with me several times to make sure all is well with my purchase. His approach at this dealership was friendly and genuine, not just to me but other customers and colleagues I saw him with, which made me decide to do business here. I say this confidently because I spent a lot of time at the dealership, this did not come from a half day's observation. I got some add-on's to the car. Paul in Service (who is highly recommended on foursquare) also lived up to his reputation as very pleasant and helpful. There is a comfortable waiting room in service with an in-house cafe. More
