Literally from the first interaction with our salesman Steve, the experience was completely different. Steve and the finance department made it possible to get into a reliable, safe, budget friendly vehicle that we actually liked. From beginning to end the experience was positive. He was extremely personable and attentive. He even remembered me saying I lose keys a lot and purchased two copies for me! I don't recommend dealerships but I will definitely recommend Matt. He says he plans to sell cars until he retires so I plan to buy my next Honda from whatever dealership he works at. More
