I have been a repeat customer at Honda of Gainesville (previously Wade-Rawlerson Honda) for over 25 years, because the service department is outstanding, and because they will negotiate a good price for (previously Wade-Rawlerson Honda) for over 25 years, because the service department is outstanding, and because they will negotiate a good price for purchasing a new vehicle. I have had four Hondas, including my recently purchased 2013 Honda Fit Sport. I am still driving my 2002 Civic Si. I previously owned a 1988 CRX Si, which I drove until the body started to fall apart (replaced with the 2002 Civic Si), and an older Civic traded in toward a larger vehicle when family needs changed. I am a bit of a car enthusiast. Prior to owning Hondas I owned 3 Alfa Romeos. Those Alfas were rather temperamental, albeit very cool to drive. I had to do a lot of the maintenance on them myself, up to grinding the valves and reseating the cylinder heads. My Honda Si's have also been very cool to drive, and not nearly as temperamental as the Alfas were. The Hondas keep on trucking when properly maintained; thankfully, by someone else who knows what they are doing. The corporate culture at Honda of Gainesville seems, in my experience, to encourage professionalism. Whenever I have asked a question of service or of sales personnel, they find out the answer if it is not immediately known. I have sometimes asked questions that only a highly skilled mechanic would be likely to know and got reasonable answers. Accordingly, I am a very satisfied customer. Keith D. White, Ph.D. More
The cost of recent and upcoming repairs to my 2006 CR-V were beginning to add up, so I decided to look at the 2013 models. The service department put me in touch with Ryan Hurewitz, who had my vehicle app were beginning to add up, so I decided to look at the 2013 models. The service department put me in touch with Ryan Hurewitz, who had my vehicle appraised while it was there at the service department and shared with me an offer on a 2013 CR-V over the phone, per my request. I went to the dealership and met Ryan to talk about details of the offer. The trade-in offer was generous, and after some discussion, a very good price for the new car was negotiated. Ryan was great throughout the whole process, always listening to my thoughts and respecting my desire to make sure I had all of the information I needed before making any decisions. He was always smiling and friendly, and willing to take most of his afternoon to work with me. I also shared some concerns about the service department and my experiences with them over the past six years. He introduced me to Kelly Meggs, who then introduced me to the service department managers, who were very nice and committed to making future service department visits positive ones. Ryan and Kelly both went out of their way to give me the best deal possible, and their professional attitudes and strong customer service resulted in my purchasing the vehicle. Luis Espana in the finance office made the paperwork process seem to go by more quickly than it usually would have, and thoroughly explained extended warranty options, and answering all of my questions clearly and with a great attitude. I am very happy with my new 2013 CR-V, and thank Honda of Gainesville for their hard work in making my new vehicle purchase a pleasant experience! More
Jeremy was completely knowledgeable and honest with me about the cars Honda had on the lot. He also knew a lot about the cars on another lot that I was contemplating buying from as well. He allowed me to test drive the car I was interested in and gave me a straight forward answer as to if the price was going to be in my budget or not. Still I was not sure this was the car for me. he told me if I wasn't sure then I shouldn't buy a car I didn't LOVE, but he also told me I would be back within 20 mins and he would be waiting. I laughed at him and said okay. I went to the other dealership down the road to see what they had to offer they were very rude and the manger told me they didn't have anything to offer me or my family. I went back to Jeremy within 15 mins. and bought the car I test drove. He was understanding of what i needed and was very patient with me (I had my 4 yr old daughter running around with me). I would send anyone wanting to buy a car new or used to him!!!!! Luis was the finance manager I worked with and he went above and beyond to find the best rates possible that would work within my families budget. More

I walked into the Honda dealership with my mom looking to get her a new CR-V, during the process Ryan was also able to match me with my dream car. Ryan made it possible for both of us to walk away with brand new cars at a great deal. I never thought I could enjoy a day at a dealership so much. Ryan is friendly and extremely patient. Its easy to see that Ryan truly cares about the satisfaction of his customers, he listens to everything you say and in return is able to give you everything you want and more. Overall we had such great experience with Ryan that we even went back to share pizza and soda with him after hours in the show room. More

I was looking for a good used Camry when I met Jeremy. He was professional, courteous, and patient. My wife is from Viet Nam and has a limited grasp of the English language. Jeremy was very patient and explained everything however many times needed until she understood what was happening. In the end, with Jeremy's help, we came away happy with a very nice Accord that was actually nicer than the Camrys we considered at the same cost. In the future, I will certainly seek Jeremy's help again with any auto purchase that I might consider. After having spent only a short time with him, I consider Jeremy to be a man of integrity and honor that I'd recommend to anybody in the market for a good vehicle.
