I went to Jeremy at Honda after a really bad experience at the dealership in Ocala. This is our first encounter with Dean Leed and he far exceeded our expectations. Dean was a wonderful help in assisting us purchase a new 2013 Honda Accord Sport. He was very knowledgeable when asked about a particular vehicle and in showing us a variety of cars which he thought might suit our needs. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle from Gainesville Honda to specifically ask for Dean Leed in person for his excellent costomer service and great attitude! After finding what type of vehicle we wanted to purchase and getting all of the paperwork prepared we were introduced to Luis Espana. Luis went above and beyond to ensure our transaction was as smooth and painless as possible and he has excellent customer service skills. Both of these gentemen were at the store I know until at least 11 pm assisting us to complete all of our paperwork and even assisting us swp out our cars. I bought a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan with 35,000 miles on it. I could have bought a brand new Grand Caravan from the Dodge dealer down the street with no miles on it for $3,000 more (although it was a strip it. I chose to buy from Ryan because I service my three cars at Dave May's Automotive where his step father works (he referred me to Ryan) and they have always treated my family so well that it was more important to me to bring my business to Ryan as a favor to his dad than to potentially save some money. I'm not sure this was the wisest decision financially, but it was certainly the wisest decision in terms of relationships. His dad spent an hour on Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend going over my new car to make sure that it was in good shape. I am very satisfied with my purchase. More

I just purchased my 4th new Honda from Dean and he as always gone above and beyond with the customer service he provides. I brought my 2004 Civic in for routine maintenance on a Friday and stopped by to say hello. I mentioned that I might be interested in a new 2013 Civic and he found one that met my needs and let me test drive it back to work. After the maintenance on my 2004 Civic was completed later that day and I returned to the dealership, I ended up purchasing a new 2013 Honda Civic the same day and he waived all the repair costs from my 2004 Civic. My wife and I came by Saturday morning to complete our paperwork and were even treated to a free, catered lunch at the dealership, while our new vehicle was prepped with some options we purchased. We also arranged for window tinting on my new vehicle the following week. First thing Monday morning, Dean came by my workplace, picked up my vehicle, had the windows tinted, and brought it back to me the same day! That is excellent customer service you would not normally expect, but is routine for Dean and this dealership! Everyone at the dealership made sure we were comfortable with our purchase experience and never made us feel pressured at all. I highly recommend them for anyone purchasing a vehicle and will definitely be back when it is time for another. More

Ryan Hurewitz was incredibly helpful in facilitating my wife's purchase of a Toyota Highlander. Being that I'm in the military and located in the complete opposite corner of the US (Alaska) this was foreca wife's purchase of a Toyota Highlander. Ryan enabled us to complete the purchase and my wife drove off in a fairly new, reliable Toyota that should last us a long time. It also put my mind at ease knowing that my wife was in a newer vehicle that was built with modern safety features. I just received the sales contract in the mail today and am about to sign it and overnight it back to Honda of Gainesville. What dealership have you ever been to that would bend over backwards like this? They must really want my wife to be in a good vehicle.
