This is our first encounter with Dean Leed and he far exceeded our expectations. Dean was a wonderful help in assisting us purchase a new 2013 Honda Accord Sport. He was very knowledgeable when asked about a particular vehicle and in showing us a variety of cars which he thought might suit our needs. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle from Gainesville Honda to specifically ask for Dean Leed in person for his excellent costomer service and great attitude! After finding what type of vehicle we wanted to purchase and getting all of the paperwork prepared we were introduced to Luis Espana. Luis went above and beyond to ensure our transaction was as smooth and painless as possible and he has excellent customer service skills. I bought a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan with 35,000 miles on it. I could have bought a brand new Grand Caravan from the Dodge dealer down the street with no miles on it for $3,000 more (although it was a strip it. I chose to buy from Ryan because I service my three cars at Dave May's Automotive where his step father works (he referred me to Ryan) and they have always treated my family so well that it was more important to me to bring my business to Ryan as a favor to his dad than to potentially save some money. I'm not sure this was the wisest decision financially, but it was certainly the wisest decision in terms of relationships. His dad spent an hour on Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend going over my new car to make sure that it was in good shape. I am very satisfied with my purchase. More

Ryan Hurewitz was incredibly helpful in facilitating my wife's purchase of a Toyota Highlander. Being that I'm in the military and located in the complete opposite corner of the US (Alaska) this was foreca wife's purchase of a Toyota Highlander. Being that I'm in the military and located in the complete opposite corner of the US (Alaska) this was forecasted as being a difficult purchase. Ryan enabled us to complete the purchase and my wife drove off in a fairly new, reliable Toyota that should last us a long time. It also put my mind at ease knowing that my wife was in a newer vehicle that was built with modern safety features. I just received the sales contract in the mail today and am about to sign it and overnight it back to Honda of Gainesville. What dealership have you ever been to that would bend over backwards like this? They must really want my wife to be in a good vehicle.
