What an awesome experience I had at Honda of Gainesville. I was on the computer fiddling around about trading my car in. The reason I have given such high ratings is due to the very freindliness of Sales Consultant, Chris Irvin. He went above and beyond normal customer service in helping me purchase the Hummer H3. He also went above and beyond by personally calling my credit union to get a lower interest rate. I called and they gave me a rate of 2.99 % rate and he called back and got it for 2.24% rate. He also informed me of the importance of getting GAP insurance and extended warranty. Of all the years I have been purchasing vehicles I have never been given the outstanding customer service given to me by Chris Irvin. You can tell in his action of his performance that he is there to give the customer the best deal he can and defiantly loves his job. He takes pride in his performance.
