Great overall experience. James was not scheduled to be in on the day we decided to visit. He made arrangements to meet us so we could discuss our potential purchase. Matt gave me a fair price for trade-in, and got me to the exact style of car I needed without any hassle. The only complaint is that the dealer wouldn't budge or their price. We absolutely LOVED our salesperson. James spent so much time helping us pick the right car. The only negative part of our experience had nothing to do with James.
