This was one of the most unacceptable performances I have ever encountered with a car lot. I honestly wish I didn’t own a Honda so I could have went elsewhere! Recent college grad tying to buy my first new car. Received a mailer about keeping my payments close to current payment. Made an appointment and went as scheduled and asked for person we thought we had the appointment with.. Greeted by salesperson Raul. He came back out and stated he would be taking care of us today. Almost immediately went into the appraisal process after being asked very few questions about what I wanted. I was looking to upgrade a used vehicle purchased from the dealership over 3 years ago. I knew that I had negative equity in my trade. Was informed that after the appraisal, then immediately asked how much I was willing to raise my payment. I mention the number and then Raul asked on what vehicle were you thinking about. I told them my choices and my preference. He went to the sales manager Jordan. They came back with absurdly high numbers and then went into how about a used car. Not interested I told them. Then how about a lease. Came back number nearly identical to the buy option. Decided it was best to take my business elsewhere. So from the misleading (Intentionally I believe) flyer, to the rush into the appraisal process to the lets talk money phase. There was never any building up a vehicle or even a lets take a look at one. Just a here are your numbers if you like are ridiculous numbers then we will show you a car. I decided that this was not the dealership for me anymore and will buy a vehicle somewhere else. More
Luis Espana was just AWESOME!! Very professional and knowledgeable! He got financing for me which I know wasn't easy in my case. Not only that but a lower payment was just AWESOME!! I have bought 3 vehicles from "The Real" Michael Jones at Honda Gainesville. Mike has been great, he listened to what we wanted on both trade ins and one replacement vehicle from a crash, made our process qu Honda Gainesville. From start to finish we had a positive experience and easy one. Luis in finance works miracles and gets you the best deals out there with amazing warranties. When my daughter had to get her vehicle replaced both Mike and Luis went above and beyond to help us. I recommend them all day long. They aren't just trying to sell you a car they are helping you find what's best for you. Mike has been honest with me on cars when I thought it would bea great deal and helped me find better ones. Mike is the Man to See tl;dr: MIKE IS AWESOME! To be honest, I have used this dealership before and was extremely unhappy with my previous vehicle purchase. I looked online tl;dr: MIKE IS AWESOME! To be honest, I have used this dealership before and was extremely unhappy with my previous vehicle purchase. I looked online and Mike gave me a call. He promised to make it right and HE DID. Not only did he go to bat for me on pricing but allowed me to pick the perfect vehicle for me needs and not worry about price. Despite the freezing cold, he allowed me to take my time, look around, and test drive dozens of cars to make sure we were getting the right fit for my lifestyle. Mike follows through on his promises, is not pushy, and an all around great guy. He made sure I was taken care of not only in the days leading up to my purchase but also the day of. If you are looking to buy ANY car call mike first. More

Poor show Went in looking for a possible trade on my corolla (financed) to a CRV (lease). We worked out numbers for per month and had a tentative deal. Few days after ready for pick up day we couldn't reach an agreement in the finance office based on residuals that were quoted and meeting my needs trying to keep open the option to buy the car after 3 years. As a customer, I believe I was in my right to walk from the deal at that stage and the finance rep understood this as my needs couldn't be met. My assigned salesman quickly changed his tune, and avoided eye contact at the end in leaving my keys on the desk, i was left at the desk not knowing where my car was parked and where my documents i'd give the salesman were (my registration, papers, my insurance card etc.). I find the salesman complaining in the finance office and i asked where my stuff was and where my car was, the finance rep looked at him signaling to assist me out, and outside i apologized saying "i'm sorry we couldn't work out the numbers" and he replies "yeah well i'm soaked on my day off" and stormed off inside - it was raining so i get this. However, this experience was unacceptable as a customer, I understand sales is commission based, but I should have felt comfortable with my purchase and had a right to leave if not okay with the deal, not to have a salesman become very rude at the end of the day. Not to mention I overlooked all the casual profanity throughout the sale by my salesman as I thought we had rapport and he felt comfortable to do so which is fine - as did I at that point, and on pickup day, he leaves his vape on the table in front of me during the paperwork. When making casual convo, i asked before this went down how his targets were and if it's hard over the holidays, and he replies he was doing good and "well i'm the best out of the new people". It's all well and good when the sales going through but if it doesn't, I was treated like dirt after. Beware of this dealership that other reviews seem show consistency in this behaviour pattern. I also overheard on pickup day another salesman in the next cubicle over joking about another customer not making a decision in a negative manner. Can't imagine if this is what a sale process looked like, if i'd gone through with the car, what headaches i would have with the service. Needs improvement. More
