I have been to dealerships prior to this visit, but from the moment we stepped on the lot Harris made you feel like you were at home/family. There was never that high pressure sales feeling you get from oth the moment we stepped on the lot Harris made you feel like you were at home/family. There was never that high pressure sales feeling you get from other lots. In fact our budget was not allowing us to purchase new only used. But Harris made phone calls pretending to trying to locate a used vehilce for us. This is something I have never encountered before. But the amazing part was somehow Harris was able to make a brand new Honda Ridgeline possible to us in our monthly budget. This is an amazing individual, we left there not feeling like you do when you have a good shopping experience but like we just made a new friend. The dealership was amazing, everyone we met as we walked around, sat and waited, were so friendly. And so much to do there, they even have a cafe. It was like a place that once you got there you never had a reason to leave. And very, very clean like I said it was amazing. Since both me and my husband have left which was only about 5 days ago we have handed out all the business cards that Harris gave us, we don't even have one for us no more. We have told everyone that is looking or even thinking about purchasing a new vehicle to go see him, we must get more cards from him. Again thanks to Harris and the rest of the staff for a very pleasant experience. More

I had the pleasure of dealing with Matt Like at the dealership. He is down to earth, professional, and courteous -- a very genuine person, which is almost unheard of when dealing with salesmen. I spoke with Matt over the phone regarding the car I was looking for and he had set everything up before I made my way to the dealership. I was looking to trade in my vehicle and was low balled on the trade in value by a few local dealerships, but not Honda of Gainesville! I knew the true value of my trade and so did Matt and his team. Their offer on the trade sealed the deal for me... Excellent service + a great price + fair trade value = a no brainer... Craig responded the same day to my internet query with model pictures, features and price ranges. When I visited he and James assisted me, James going with me on the test drive since Craig was busy with a model pictures, features and price ranges. Julio was very helpful and explained all options and came up with financing that I could really work with. I had a 2000 Honda Civic from this dealership and always brought it there for service for 10 years. The staff was always been courteous and helpful and I am glad to see it continues to be so. My decision to buy was very largely based on the people at the dealership because I will be bringing my new car there for all service. More
