From the moment I contacted them through the website I had a positive experience with James, my sales representative. He immediately responded and addressed my needs for purchasing a new car. I came in to test drive the Honda Civic and James was off that day but directed me to Dean who took very good care of me and kept in direct contact with James letting him know I interested in leasing, I test drove the Civic with Dean and I loved it, I signed the agreement and picked up my car at 5:00 that afternoon. We had one of the most enjoyable car buying experience working with Honda of Gainesville and more specifically, Hector Del Valle. At first, the vehicle was above the price range that we were looking at, but after Hector was able to negotiate a good deal with us with his sales manager, we were able to bring a check in hand from our credit union.
