This is very important as I have had many negative dealings with used car dealers in the past 30 years. He did not rush us and he arranged to have the front bumper re-painted to cover the streaks of missing paint. This was arranged the week after I picked up the civic and went well without any hitches. Matt made sure the civics were cleaned, filled with gas and ready when we picked them up. He followed up within a few days to be sure we were satisfied and to help with any questions.
