Since it was certified and came with the extra warranty they fixed the problem quickly, washed my car and even filled it up with gas, since it was on E when it was dropped off, all at no charge to me! You can't beat that for service! I am so glad my mom went with their extended premier service plan when purchasing her pre-owned CRV now that I see how well they treat their customers! I wish I had! The price was a little more than I wanted to spend at the time. So I told,that dealership that I was gonna look at Honda of Gainesville since I purchased two vehicles in the past, 2000' and 2004. I had located a used accord sport on the internet and got an immediate response from Ryan. I finally had a free day to travel down to gainesville, the used car had been sold so I started looking at new ones. Only down fall that Friday night was the did not have the color that I had to have. Jose came back with a price and it was ok but did not have my color at his lot, Jose said we can get one from a dealer, I said I'll just go there. Jose then said give me a minute went in office and found where they would be getting a white sport soon. He came back with a better price than before and better than jacksonville. From the salesman, Ryan Hurewitz, to the sales manager, Chris Irvin to the finance person that sealed the deal we found excellent customer service at each step. Ryan went above and beyond to make sure my mom had the right vehicle at a payment she could afford. There was no leaving us in a little room experience. Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable and personable as a salesperson. He made the process stress free and even fun. Chris gave a very fair value for the trade and what I felt was a very fair price on the new vehicle. There was no "they give you wholesale for your trade and sell you their vehicle at retail price" business I have encountered at other places in the past. I would highly recommend the team to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and a great price. More

Awesome salesman, terribly mismanaged used car lot. First off we are pleased with our car. On the other hand, it was typical back and forth misinformation the entire time. The price on the two cars we were interested in changed several times over a three day period. It was like their website pricing was foreign to them. One car was available online, but we were told it was sold a few days earlier by a salesperson and then told by another it was being cleaned. After getting the two together it was finally determined that the car was being repaired due to scratches on the bumper. Once fixed (the next morning) we test drove and wanted the car, only to find out that they now wanted $2k more now that the bumper was repainted. It took us threatening to walk away all together for them to honor the price listed online, because of course the online price, the "repaired" price and the price on the lot were all completely different. Again we ended up with the car we wanted and enjoy it, and on a personal level our salesman was extremely friendly. The issues seemed to be more of a mismanaged organization than a salesman issue. More
