Then he making smart remarks like I’m in the wrong and clearly the problem is on them. More

Example: charged $139 for a wheel bearing that cost $37 at Advanced Auto Parts Charged a $40 “Miscellaneous Fee” for rags to clean up the shop. Charged $2,250 for service that I could have had done just down the street at City Auto Repair for $1,500 This Dealership is a RIP OFF More
I do NOT Recommend. Honda of Gainsville listed a "just got in" vehicle for sale that I was interested in, and so I requested an "out the door price". I was soon contacted by a salesman near the end of bus got in" vehicle for sale that I was interested in, and so I requested an "out the door price". I was soon contacted by a salesman near the end of business day via phone & email who informed me that it indeed was still available, and even went out to take and send me additional pictures (within 30 min timeframe). I immediately told him I was very interested, expressed a desire to put a deposit on the vehicle, and requested to make a scheduled appointment that following morning. The salesman was in regular correspondence with me up to that point UNTIL I informed him that I noticed the price of the vehicle online was now showing an increase online of 1K from my first "out the door" request only 30 min prior. Both the salesman and the customer relations assistant then went radio silent. Neither of them ever returned my emails, calls, or requests to provide me that "out the door" price. Later the next day after numerous attempts to contact them, someone from sales who was looking into it and took a while to get back to me on the phone was "sorry to inform me that it had already been sold" the night before. I found this unsettling because the vehicle had not even hit the lot yet and the pictures were sent by sales from the service area less than 30 min of the dealership closing the night before. Also, that next day when I was told the vehicle was sold it was noted to still be listed for sale and physically on their lot. So basically from the time I pointed out the 1K price discrepancy they did not provide or honor my initial "out the door" pricing request, suddenly stopped all contact, and informed me the next day the vehicle "was sold" despite it's "for sale" status on the lot reflecting the higher price. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. More

Michael Jones was my Sales Manager and Luis Espana was the Finance Manager. Both were very friendly, informative and helpful! I got the car I wanted at a good price.
