The car has been here a couple of weeks, I don't know why it's not gone yet at this price." I do. The prices they list on the internet don't include almost $3000 in dealer fees. They'll insult you with trade in offers less than 50% of ROUGH trade in value of $5000, then somehow the $20,000 car I went to look at cost more than $23,000 WITH my trade in of $5000. As the salesman tried explaining it to me, I'm looking for a mirror, just to see if I really look THAT stupid. I still can't believe it. I had to leave in a hurry before I became too angry. Unbelievably, he called me at home 2 more times to see if I was still interested? !@#$%&* I'll never go back to this dealership and would not recommend them to anyone else. More

I purchased a used vehicle -with an additional bumper to bumper warranty adding thousands to the final price , but knowing my behind would be covered in the case of a shady deal. Boy am I glad I did that. There was a disgusting mishap the very first night of me owning this vehicle and it went back to them for almost four days while it got taken care of I get my car back not even driving it an entire day the check engine light comes on, the power door switch doesn’t work , etc. none of which showed it’s true colors until driving it for a couple days ! Fine - I have the bumper to bumper warranty right ? So I called a different dealership to get work done ( I don’t need a check engine light reset I want the problem fixed - since yanno - I have the “ warranty “, and quite frankly I’m not satisfied at all dealing with this dealership - the dealership I call pulls up my vin - and there is NO WARRANTY on this car. Funny since my paperwork states differently ! I have been calling Honda back now for over two weeks getting hung up on , getting told I will get a call back , getting No where ! I get told the warranty can take a month to show in the system. I have dealt with sales , finance , and even the service department.I am getting my phone calls dodged , and what they are doing is illegal. I paid for the warranty it should be in the system and any dealer should be able to bring it up. This is beyond frustrating on all levels! I’m giving them until Monday ( I called today when I told them my name - coincidently they were busy) I’m not going to just sit in a corner and suck my thumb. These issues are going to get resolved or I will be taking the next appropriate steps. More
Today September 5, 2022 I went to see Mr. James a sales man. He told me that he could negotiate a price with me on a car I was looking at over the phone. When I went to talk to him in person, it was a waste of time and gas as the “negotiable price” was $500 off. I wouldn’t recommend this place to be taken seriously. More

Misleading “yo-yo” financing practices at Honda of Gainesville. I purchased a car that was “in transit.” On the day of purchase, I worked with Rashed “R” Binrashed, the finance manager, on an auto loa Gainesville. I purchased a car that was “in transit.” On the day of purchase, I worked with Rashed “R” Binrashed, the finance manager, on an auto loan and signed a financing contract. In the time before the car arrived to Gainesville, I received a letter in the mail from a local bank saying that there was an issue with the loan. I contacted Honda of Gainesville and was assured that they had taken care of everything, and I was advised to ignore the letter so I took delivery of the car when it arrived and assumed all was well. Then, five days later (after my salesperson followed up to make sure that I loved the car), R Binrashed contacted me to say that they couldn’t honor the terms of the loan anymore and told me that I had to come back to the dealership to sign a new financing contract with a higher interest rate or pay them more money. When I questioned this, they threatened to repossess the car. I spoke multiple times with the general manager, Bob Baker, as well as with Kadie Hammer at the Morgan Auto Group, but no one accepted responsibility or resolved the issue. More
