Best Customer Service I just had the BEST customer service experience i have had in a very long time. She got me set up in the computer in a few minutes, had my service set up and did everything in her power to limit any inconvenience to me since I was there with my toddler. I had planned to be dropped off by the shuttle since I was only going a short distance but forgot that meant I would have to lug my car seat. As soon as Wes saw me start to unload all of my bags - he immediately offered to just drop me off in my vehicle so I didn't have to uninstall my car seat, and transfer all of my computer stuff, bags, etc.. He called me as soon as my vehicle was ready, and came and picked me up. To my surprise he had someone available to bring him back, so I didn't even have to drop him off - all my paperwork was ready, and I was able to leave immediately. I believe both Nancy and Wes went above and beyond to make my visit extremely pleasant, and limited any inconvenience to me. As a working mom who had daughter in tow - this was invaluable to me. new HRV is awesome I had an accident with my 2013 Honda CRV and was looking to replace it with the HRV. Jesse was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable sales representative. He was able to get me a great deal on the new HRV and also work with Kelly to get the most for my old CRV. Kelly and Jesse were instrumental in making this deal happen. Kelly also worked with the collision department for me so it would be less of a problem for me. I was very pleased with how easy it was to work with both of them in this process. I have been going to this dealership for many years and this was my best experience to date.
