We purchased a Honda HRV this time, and we could not be more pleased with the experience. James is INCREDIBLY well-informed about the Honda line, and he gave us and our daughter all the information that she needed in choosing between the Fit and the HRV. Arriving at a price was an easy process with open communication and a true interest in getting the deal done:). When we wanted to get to a pre-arranged dinner with our eldest, he even invited our youngest to return in a few days to finish her info session post-sale.
