Absolutely wonderful After having purchased our Honda CR-V, we realized the we did not have enough basic/elementary instruction concerning certain aspects of the vehicle - After having purchased our Honda CR-V, we realized the we did not have enough basic/elementary instruction concerning certain aspects of the vehicle -- phone link usage, information display and more use of the screen. When we went back to the dealership, we asked Chris Irvin to help us. He took time to take us for a drive and show all the many aspects of the vehicle., Chris was very professional and extremely informative. He explained to us very clearly and ---patiently--about how to use just about all of the features. My husband and I really got a better grasp of the car after Chris' instruction. Chris also mentioned to us to feel free to come back and get any kind of assistance we might need. We had a truly wonderful experience with Chris and if there is a rating -- as they do with the Honda/Gainesville dealership where 10 is the highest rating -- Chris is double that! He is a most valued employee - as I am sure you know. More

Worst experience ever Initially the whole car buying process was rather simple even with having less than perfect credit. As the process went on, the experience was worse. Initially the whole car buying process was rather simple even with having less than perfect credit. As the process went on, the experience was worse. 1) The vehicle I was interested in and was going through the negotiations for was sold. 2) I was told the deal was done, brought my co-signer down, just to find out from the GM Dan that there was no finished deal. 3) When a vehicle was finally found for me and the deal was "finished", I'm now at day 20 with no permanent tag. I was directed to the Morgan Group's accounting department since the finance agent I was working with never returns my calls. I have now found out there is an issue getting the vehicle's title. After 20 days, I'm just now finding this out and only because I reached out. This whole experience has been extremely shady. More

Great service from Adon Williams I took my Civic to Honda for servicing a few days ago for a fluid leak. My regular service advisor wasn't available, so I got Adon Williams. I was quite impressed with his knowledge and ability to explain what was wrong to a person who knows little about cars. He's also a great in-person communicator and seems to really enjoy helping people. When we took the car in initially, he also personally drove us home! Plus, he used to be a technician, so he really understands engines well. I'd use him again if the regular guy I've been going to for years wasn't available, and I highly recommend him to anyone getting their car fixed at Honda of Gainesville. More

I am not very good with updated technology, he was very patient and helpful in going over the car. He also said that any time I needed a refresher, he would be glad to go over it with me again. I particularly liked that he did not push and was respectful of the fact that I had been in a few months earlier and told him I wanted to purchase a new pilot as I had a 2005 that I loved. But, I told him I would come in and see him when I was ready and I did not like constant phone calls. He respected this and did not bother me until I was ready to purchase my car. My husband had never talked to Chris, but I told him he was the one we would be dealing with, as he respected my wishes and I told him I would ask for him when I came back. He is extremely knowledgeable about the automobile and took me out several times to go over everything. We have had four hondas in the past and have three that we now drive. Chris has made sure that my car experience was easy and hassle free. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and anyone who needs an honest and sincere sales person. More
