The atmosphere was hectic with associates running around everywhere. Once our salesperson realized I was only purchasing a used car, I was treated like a second thought. He sat me at his desk, while he boun everywhere. Once our salesperson realized I was only purchasing a used car, I was treated like a second thought. He sat me at his desk, while he bounced around between me and other clients. I had to flag Kenan down everytime I wanted to ask a simple question about the car, which was frustrating. He was polite though whenever I was able to talk to him. He asked me to sit at another desk, which he called the finance desk but was really just another salesman's desk, to make room for a client purchasing a more expensive vehicle. I came in to purchase a car I found online, but they tacked on around $1,800 in dealer fees. I was told it was for work they did on the car, so I asked to see a list of what was worked on/replaced. He then changed his tone and mentioned casually that there was actually no work done on the car, and he will reduce the fee. I still ended up paying 60% of the car's price in fees and taxes. The original cost was marked low, so it all evened out in the end. Maybe the low cost was just to lure clients in? I ended up buying the car because I desperately needed one. Between being treated as second-class and the outrageous fees, this will be my family and I's last trip here. More

We went to the dealership expecting to lease a 2020 Honda HRV. the salesman told us he was bringing us a brand new HRV from the Raceway. We both thought that he was bringing us a 2020 vehicle instead he sand HRV. the salesman told us he was bringing us a brand new HRV from the Raceway. We both thought that he was bringing us a 2020 vehicle instead he sandbagged us with a 2019. He never mentioned to us that it was a 2019. I blame myself for being too trusting and signing the documents without looking at the contract, but this salesman was even more dishonest when he told me "and guess what, your car has an automatic starter" which it absolutely does not. Needless to say, we will never again step foot into this dealership!! i am disgusted with the way we were treated. Now I am paying $299.00 per month for what should have been a 2020 model. Never again!!!! More
