Service on 2012 Odyssey Took my Odyssey in the morning of 10/26/19. Met by the service associate. They took care of my new car I only went in for a quick pick up of some tire lock keys that they didn’t have whenever I purchased the car. I also pointed out hat the their car was I only went in for a quick pick up of some tire lock keys that they didn’t have whenever I purchased the car. I also pointed out hat the their car wash left tiny scratches on my car. They changed out the locks on the tires, and buffed out the scratches. I then noticed I had a recall as I waited in the waiting area on my HondaLink app. They took care of that, too and I was out of there within an hour. I’m a bit sad that I no longer can use the lifetime car wash since I need a touchless wash with my black painted car. Supposedly you can see all scratches on this type of paint.i Overall, this team did an excellent job, kept me up to date on the progress and took time to answer my questions. More

Extended warranty visit Had to bring my truck back for a potential warranty replacement.
