Service Department I purchased my 2017 Accord from your dealer but live in Arlington. Noticed that half of the parking lamp was out. Called Vandergriff and they said I w I purchased my 2017 Accord from your dealer but live in Arlington. Noticed that half of the parking lamp was out. Called Vandergriff and they said I would have to leave it for half a day. Called your store and spoke w Elizabeth, she laughed and made an appointment for 1:30. She said it would be around a hour and a half. I'm sitting there answering emails and she came up sat down with me and said your ready to go. It hit me went we got to the service drive, my Accord was washed and Elizabeth was 15 minutes ahead of her quote. Now that's what I call Service- forget Sewell. My moneys on Elizabeth and your entire store. Fantastic!!! More
