Surprisingly pleasant. First I called and spoke to Elizabeth and when I went in for my appointment she greeted me. She was nice and knowledgeable. Because of our work schedules we could only spend a limited amount of time each day working with her. Still, she unselfishly worked with us for three days to make the sale happen. She probably missed out on numerous sales catering to us for days. I highly reccommend this place! What a pleasurable experience!!!! More
