I purchased my 2011 Honda Pilot from Frank Kent Honda a few months ago and have been nothing but impressed from the very first moment. I had some email contact from a salesperson at another Honda dealership and he was very unprofessional and would never give me a straight answer. I appreciated and valued Sheri's honest answers and straight forward pricing. She was very thorough in her explanations and yet still friendly. She was able to give me a total price including all requested accessories, tax, title, fees, etc... when other dealerships wanted to play games and would only give me the total price if I came into the dealership. Sheri was very polite and friendly. She understood my needs/wants and delivered flawlessly including having me "pre-qualify" for financing so that time at the dealership on closing day was kept short as I requested. We will be looking to purchase my husband a new car next year. We will most definitely be purchasing from Sheri at Frank Kent. More
