We started looking at used cars and decided that buying a new one would be better for my daughter. After a Honda dealer in Irving give us a price on a new car and then magically try and raise the price almo new one would be better for my daughter. I started calling dealers and even though I didn't want to go all the way to Fort Worth, I called Frank Kent as a last resort. I'm really glad I did. David Supercinski was the saleman that I delt with and I found him to be honest, easy to work with, zero pressure, and knowledgeable. We decided to make the drive out and he was ready, unhurried, and helpful. He was knowledgable about the details of the car and was actually enjoyable to talk to. The price on the phone was the same price when we got there without playing the shell game or the old bait and switch.... I don't buy cars very often and after the first dealer was such a bad experience, we really was dreading it. My hat is off to David Supercinski & Frank Kent for making this such a positive experience. There was no pressure throughout the sale or the financing process, and she drove it home that evening. Highly recommended! More

I had done quite a bit of research in deciding which vehicle I wanted. It was a matter of could I get the price and interest rate that I was looking for. From first phone contact with Kelly to the multiple emails exchanged in answering all of my questions and concerns. I never felt pushed into making a decision until I knew I was ready. I even made an extra trip back to the dealership just to make sure I had the right color picked out. Kelly made my experience at Frank Kent so easy that the hardest part was picking out the right color. I knew I had made the right choice when I walked back into the dealership to finalize the paperwork and pick up my new Honda CR-V. Kelly went over the vehicle with me two different times so that I was very familiar with the operation of the vehicle before I left the lot. It is obvious that Kelly was very familiar with the vehicle and took pride in that. Kelly is a valuable asset to the Frank Kent dealership. More

sheri and Vito both were caring excellent people that helped me totally. I work odd hours and I don't have time to shop around and waste time. Then Vito spoke with me and I gave him my info and within 30 mins. times he had it worked up for me. They both were kind and friendly and made a relationship with me. Sheri got in the car with me and help me with the mirrors. She went above board on assisting me. The entire thing was like dealing with family. I drove off all excited and happy to have a new car. i will recommend all my friends and family to Frank Kent and Sheri. From first phone contact with Paul Lane, I had a positive experience. He answered my questions thoroughly, and any information he did not have immediately, was researched and answered at next contact (usuall experience. His answers were always consistent with those I got from other dealerships and his price was very competitive. I took my time and researched the deals being offered at approximately 10 local dealerships via the internet. I can say there are many good dealerships in the area and a few bad ones, but Paul Lane made my choice clear by offering exemplary customer service and always talking to me instead of at me. He was not at all pushy and seemed interested in ensuring we got what we wanted. He expressed pride for his dealership without sounding like a braggart or being singularly focused. I was struck by how he stressed the experience in addition to price as compared to some more volume oriented dealers in the area which only stressed the price. During my search, I had multiple contacts with Paul and each and everyone of them was positive. He answered all my questions, down to which add-ons were on the vehicle and how much they cost. By the time I made a decision, I knew exactly the out the door cost of the vehicle with all fees added, which accessories it would have, and the colors available. They held the Odyssey for me after taking a $500 deposit over the phone (which was applied to the cost of the vehicle). When we arrived, Paul led us through an inspection of the vehicle, pointed out one flaw before my wife and I saw it (they repaired it at no cost), took us out for a test drive, and customized the vehicle settings to our taste. The numbers exactly matched what we agreed to over the phone. When we were handed off to finance, Paul made sure the tire pressure was corrected (during the test drive the car indicated there was a pressure issue). In finance we were given our payment break down, again it was exactly what we agreed to before I arrived at the dealership. They mentioned their extended warranty and waited as my wife and I read the fine print. When choose not to get the extended warranty at this time, there was no issue. They simply stated that it could be purchased in the future if we changed our mind. From start to finish, the entire process was quick, efficient, and painless. I could not recommend this dealership more for purchasing a new vehicle. Paul stayed late to ensure everything went smoothly and then explained some of the more detailed features of the car before we left the lot. He invited us back after we had spent a couple days driving our new car, to answer any additional questions that might not come up. More
