1. During the negotiations, I was told that I was being sold a new Honda Accord with no miles on it but after we shook hands on the price post the negotiations I was informed that the car actually had 110 sold a new Honda Accord with no miles on it but after we shook hands on the price post the negotiations I was informed that the car actually had 110 miles already. I am not sure if this was a used car returned by another customer. 2. The car that was sold to me had brake noise which I noticed within 2-3 days. When I took it to the dealership they simply refused to acknowledge there was a problem. The Service team at Dealership took the car in for 2 days and even then their response was that the problem does not exist! 3. I still experienced the same noise and took the car back to them after about 20 days and showed it to another Service Manager (Tom Vandyne). I took him around for the test ride and he did notice the sound. He also mentioned that this noise had been reported by some other customers also in the last 2 months. Question is, why was this not told to me in the first place? If it was told I would have returned the car there and then! 4. Lyman King (Sales manager) on the same day offered to replace the brake system from another new Honda Accord onto my car!!! This clearly was not acceptable to me and I called up American Honda to open a case with them All in all FK Honda is the worst dealership that you can go to. They are arrogant, lack respect (especially Lyman King) and have no regard for the customer. The guy who finalized the finance deal in Frank Kent was equally incompetent and arrogant. Vikram More

My family did all the pricing comparison online before heading out to dealer. Most other Honda Dealer gave us the run around and didn't even answer the questions we sent them online. However, Mr. Romah Pugh did a better job in answering my questions and keeping his words on the pricing he sent us, also he didn't waste our time. We are very happy with our new Honda Accord. I helped my parents with the purchase of a Honda. We chose Frank Kent and our salesperson was David Supercinski. That is why we chose Frank Kent because of David. He is long time friend of my brother and I knew he was honest and could take good care of my parents. I was once married to a car dealer and had bad experiences during those time. When I found out David worked for F.Kent and was selling cars I knew he was able to care of my parents. My Mom is in her 70's and my Dad almost 90. Dad has always been the the decision maker and he can be most difficult. David made sure my Father who suffers from Parkinsons and Alzheimers was totally included in all the decision making. (Dad no longer is able to communicate very well). David took the time to make sure my Dad understood everything in the purchase. That made both me and my Mom very happy. My dad was very comfortable with David and knew he did not have to worry about my Mom in the years to come. They totally love their Honda!!!! My Mom, Carol, loves to drive it and my Dad, Bob loves to ride in it. They picked the Accord and thanks to David I don't have to worry about them on the road anymore. This was my first car-buying experience at Frank Kent Honda, after being referred by a friend of mine who has purchased two vehicles from Frank Kent Honda working with car-buying experience at Frank Kent Honda, after being referred by a friend of mine who has purchased two vehicles from Frank Kent Honda working with Sheri for both purchases. This was by far the best car-buying experience I've ever had!! I actually ended up going with a lease this time around. Sheri was incredibly patient with me as I was a bit indecisive. I needed to be sure that this was the right way to go for me. Sheri was very understanding and kind; she listened actively to my needs and didn't try to throw something on me that I didn't want; and she didn't pressure me at all, unlike two of the previous experiences I had at other dealerships for my first two cars. I truly feel like overall I got a good deal here. I will definitely refer everyone I know to Sheri. I hope she sticks around awhile, at least for the next 3 years, because my next purchase will be through her also. I rated this experience all 5s first because of Sheri's outstanding customer service, friendliness, and patience. Also, overall, the other folks at Frank Kent seemed super nice.
