Adam was the most unprofessional salesman I have ever dealt with. He did not fool me with his backdoor tactics to magically reduce my interest rate from 9.1% to 5.99% to 4.99% in a span of 20 minutes. I dealt with. The salesperson Mike was awesome when working the deal. He even met me because I couldn't find the dealership. Although after the deal, I called him and Omar several times regarding my registration and Oma He even met me because I couldn't find the dealership. I even called and emailed (three times) the Finance Manager and he eventually returned my called almost two weeks later. The title clerk Janice was a rude, disrepectful, mean old lady. She had a nasty attitude from the beginning of the conversation. I had to really calm myself down to keep from cursing her out on the phone. I'm almost at the 60 day mark and I have yet to recieve my tags. I will never, never, never, never, never, never, ever do work with that dealership again. I'm advising all friends and family in the Dallas/Fort Worth area to stay away from that place. More
I waited 2 months for the title and plates to be put on. They had the wrong address on the registration and neglected to change it and just put the plates on the car. The dealer called and said I would have to go to the court house and change the address myself. So I have to take time off work and go stand in line and pay whatever fees I have to pay to get the correct address on the registration which the dealer is supposed to do when you purchase a new car. I called the title clerk Mrs. Wanda Walker and left a message and no response. I WILL NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealer nor will I recommend this dealer to anyone. More
