Amazing Customer Service at Frank Kent Honda! I've been in the market for a new car for many months now. I came across Ashley Sutti - she not only helped me with my purchase, but feel great about I've been in the market for a new car for many months now. I came across Ashley Sutti - she not only helped me with my purchase, but feel great about the decision I was making! Customer service is a pretty rare thing these days. I've been working in retail and sales for over 10 years - the service Ashley offered was by far the best I have ever come across in sales! I've never worked with someone who was willing to go as far as she did to take care of me and my new investment! There were no difficult objectives to overcome - everything was smooth! I sent her an email Tuesday, and by Friday I was driving home in my new car! She even went out of her way to make sure my old car made it back home! As a General Manager, I wish I had 10 Ashley's in my store! She was VERY friendly - went out of her way to answer all my questions - she followed up with me (which is HUGE!!!) - asked if I had any questions along the way - and most importantly, made a great experience purchasing my second car!
