I Highly rate my purchase experience. I searched through Cars.com and found the Honda CRV I wanted and the price I needed, at Frant Kent Honda in Ft. Worth. I was contacted by Kelly Denham I searched through Cars.com and found the Honda CRV I wanted and the price I needed, at Frant Kent Honda in Ft. Worth. I was contacted by Kelly Denham via email who gave me answers to all my questions. I was debating trading in my old CRV and decided not to, but sold it locally (Tulsa). I rented a car in Tulsa and drove to Ft. Worth to buy my red CRV. Kelly took great care of me and helped me return my rental. First time Buyer We went in to buy my daughter a new car as she is graduating college and we could not be happier with our experience. When we entered, we were promptly greeted by Rateb who then led us in the process. He was very kind and listened to our wants and needs and we truly appreciated the "No Haggle" as everything was straightforward. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of our questions that we asked. Though we came in an hour before the store closed, the buying process lasted into closing hours however Rateb was very patient and did not pressure us and he stayed until we drove the car off the lot. He went out of his way to help us find the car our daughter wanted and worked extremely hard to get the price right. In addition, Sherri was extremely helpful in finalizing the paperwork and she also made us feel welcome even though it was past closing time. Thank you to the Frank Kent team, especially Rateb and Sherri for helping us find our new Honda Accord, we wished we had bought a Honda a long time ago. I was able to walk the lot and make notes of cars I am interested in without someone demanding my attention as soon as I step out of my car. It was refreshing to have an opportunity to look around before I decided to inquire about a car. Ashley was nice and helpful. When Ashley left to get keys, trade in value, and other items I was constantly asked inside if i had been helped. Know that when you go to their dealership, you will not have someone in your face immediately, but once inside you will be asked constantly if you need assistant. Refreshing and different! Bought used 2000 Tundra I found an add on Auto Trader for a used 2000 Toyota Tundra with 180K miles. The price was right on NADA. The ad stated that dealership put $225 I found an add on Auto Trader for a used 2000 Toyota Tundra with 180K miles. The price was right on NADA. The ad stated that dealership put $2250 into vehicle, and I could see that most of that was in purchasing new tires. Worked with Kevin Vickers at used cars, and he did a great job. After purchase, Kevin took care of clearing up a front airbag light that kept coming on by sending the vehicle over to the Toyota dealership for repairs. I picked up the truck on Friday night, and took it over to my mechanic for an inspection. The inspection revealed that the rear axle seals were leaking, so I took the vehicle back to Frank Kent. I also noticed that the ABS light was on. Kevin once again stepped up and took care of the problem. Kevin did all of the coordination within Frank Kent to make sure that the truck was repaired. I ran into some problems with the Custom Concepts group. I found out through conversations with employees at the Frank Kent Custom Concepts shop that the dealership knew about the leaking seals prior to putting the vehicle out on the lot. Richard, who was the front desk operator and my point of contact, could have been friendlier, more energetic and more informed. I got the feeling that he did not really care about me or my problem. Eventually, Frank Kent conducted the necessary repairs, those repairs being the following: Replaced both rear seals, rear brake shoes, driver's side rear axle and driver's side rear axle ABS sensor. I don't know why Frank Kent decided to re-sell this Tundra, given all of the maintenance issues, but it all worked out really good for me. And I thank God for Don Perry's Garage. I get all of my vehicle maintenance done at Don Perry's, and they always do fantastic work. Their quick and accurate inspection saved me over $1,500 in repairs. Knowing a group of mechanics like the folks who work at Don Perry's makes owning used vehicles much easier. As for Frank Kent, the bright shining star of that experience was the group of highly motivated and dedicated people working at the used car lot. Especially Kevin and the group of managers I spoke with there when I had trouble with Richard and his group. Kevin and the used car management took extra care to ensure that my Tundra was repaired. I will definitely give Kevin and the Frank Kent used car staff the first shot for my used car dollars the next time that I am looking to buy a used car. More

Christine greeted my wife and I while we were looking at the used cars. We explained what we were looking for and she found us different cars to check out. We checked out the cars and decided on one. Christine went with us on a test drive and answered all of our questions. She made us feel very comfortable and we did not feel pressured into buying a car. It was a very pleasurable experience and I would recommend Frank Kent Honda to anyone and suggest Christine Caselli as their sales person.
