I have never felt that “excitement” of buying new car until my experience with Frank Kent Honda and their staff. After being recommended by a co-worker to check the dealership out, I went online and looked at reviews for area dealerships. I ended up making contact with salesperson, Christine Caselli, and was off to a great start. Christine was friendly and super-fast in replying to my emails and text messages. I got straightforward answers and not the typical sales pitch of “don’t worry we will get the best deal for you” just to get me in the door. I got actual numbers on new CR-V before even stepping foot into the dealership. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and accommodating. I was extremely comfortable and welcomed by the whole Dealership experience. When it came down to final numbers I didn’t feel like there was any “game play” it was straightforward and bottom line. I was given the best deal on my trade-in which was a huge concern of mine going from a lease to purchase. Finance guy was Jeff Jones and he was so patient with me as I went over all the paperwork. I never felt pressured, talked down to or like someone was trying to get over on me. On my drive to the dealership I just kept thinking there is no way it is going to be this easy and just knew that the actual numbers were going to be different when I got to the dealership. I was thrilled to have my doubts eliminated. I am completely satisfied and would recommend this dealership and Staff to any of my family and friends. By the time all paperwork was initialed and signed, I left feeling like the entire experience was too good to be true…but it was true! More
