We were shopping with our two toddlers, if you have ever done this before you know it is a challenge. Kevin was very patient as we transferred car seats and even when we asked to drive the odyssey one more time after driving the pilot to help us decide what would be best for our family. We enjoyed the ease of being able to look through all the vehicles he showed with NO pressure. But then it came time to make the deal he and Aaron worked hard to get us where we wanted to be with all of the conditions that were on our want list not just our need. I would highly recommend talking to these two when you go in. They certainly make a stressful experience calm and comfortable. Wonderful Experience all around. More

Saying i should have a large puddle of oil, "which as not the case" They wanted to preform major engine repairs, I told them I would take my car to a dependable non Honda shop for a 2nd look. They told me It was a cam plug and the oil pan gasket was leaking. Thinking I was dumb going to fork out a ton of Money to Honda, The 2nd repair shop to the repair of what the issue was to correct the problem, After this experience I will never do business with them again. I'm sure they saw I had over 120k miles on my car, and were gonna start to tell me I need stuff replaced, which don't need replaced, a way to make some extra money off the consumer. More

Recently, I was looking for a particular vehicle and found the best deal at Frank Kent Honda of Fort Worth, Texas. I was surprised to find that a dealer would have a better deal than any individual and trust me, I did my homework and searched in a 200 mile radius in all the individual car listings available. Much to my surprise Christine Coselli and Patrick Bradley from the dealership offered me the very best deal and made the entire process seem easy. I am not use to great personal service in this day and time, but I found it And the best deal at Honda of Fort Worth. Thank You to all the staff that helped us! More
completely unacceptable My paint on my 09 civic si had a factory defect, brought it in they sent me to their body shop to get an estimate, they sent it off to be approved by My paint on my 09 civic si had a factory defect, brought it in they sent me to their body shop to get an estimate, they sent it off to be approved by honda. Once they got the all clear to proceed they told me to drop it off monday moring feb 2nd And that I would get it back feb 13 already seems a bit excessive considering no repairs needed or structural damage to be fixed, just paint. Now on the day im supposed to get it back there telling me 4 more days because it needs to be re buffed and polished. 4 days are you serious are u using a toothbrush to do it. On top of all that front bumper rear bumper and mirrors were not being painted so its taking 16 to paint the easiest parts on a car, no nooks and crannys found on bumpers to mess with. I will absolutely never bring a car back here let alone buy one. It dosent take 16 days, this obviously means that car was just sitting there waiting for them to do the work while im without my vehicle and rental fees are stacking up. Cant see why they would ask me to drop it off if they knew it would be minium week before they could touch it. Thanks for letting me down and running my Valentines day! More
