We took our Honda Odyssey in for a recall issue on Monday morning Feb 17. We were able to get an appointment very quickly and were greeted by a young man named Tyler Rivera. He was very pleasant and informative and assured us that he would do all he could to have our car worked on immediately since we were going to wait for the car to be done. He kept in touch during this whole process while we were in the waiting room watching TV and enjoying the cofee and popcorn. The whole expreience was a good one mainly because of Tyler Rivera who made us feel good about buying our Honda from Fort Myers Honda. Tyler and the Honda dealership gets our 5 Stars! Sent me out with same issue I went in to get some tires and the tire monitoring system fixed. I told them the light had been coming on for months. I bought 4 run flat tires, mo I went in to get some tires and the tire monitoring system fixed. I told them the light had been coming on for months. I bought 4 run flat tires, mounted balanced, etc. I drove out 6 hours later and 4 minutes down the road, the tire monitoring system light came on. I immediately texted my service rep and he told me something about it being my fault and they should not have known to look at that. I just stopped talking to the guy. I only remember the guy’s first name. This is normal for this dealership. If I could go anywhere else I would. I don’t have enough time to go through all the horrors of this dealership I’ve had over the years. More

I kept being told it’s a used car and it’s my problem. (Even tho I had just purchased it a day ago) Ever since getting the car back it takes 2 to 5 minutes every single time I sit in the car for it to recognize the key fob in order to start the vehicle and now that I did the interview with the finance company so Honda got paid, no one has responded to me.
