Service Issues resolved and the a/c is finally working! After complaining about serveral service issues I had on my visiit, I was contacted by Jeff to discuss the problems I was having. I purchased a 2019 Hyundai from Honda of Fort Myers. My son drove it home, and I later took it for a drive and realized the brakes were bad. My local mechanic determined it needed rotors all around. I emailed the dealership and expressed my disappointment with selling me a car that needed brakes. Jeff LaBerge called me within a day and offered to fix it. I told him I had already had the reapirs done, and Jeff was able to reimburse me for the brake repairs. He turned a negative situation positive, and I will definitely be buying from Honda of Fort Myers in the future. Thank you Jeff! More
