Service Having trouble starting my car. Wanted it checked as I thought it was the battery. Unfortunately the warranty expired 3 days prior. My service adviso Having trouble starting my car. Wanted it checked as I thought it was the battery. Unfortunately the warranty expired 3 days prior. My service advisor Corina Ard checked with the company and would not replace it for free. She had coupons which credited my bill and other required work was performed in a timely manner. Corina kept me informed of the progress and what was needed and what could wait. I was totally impressed with her professional manner and not pushing for service of items that could wait to be done at a future date. More

Service appointment I took my 2010 Honda Pilot for service regarding an A/C issue. It had recently been in for service, on 9/30/19 for an A/C issue. At that time, a cooli I took my 2010 Honda Pilot for service regarding an A/C issue. It had recently been in for service, on 9/30/19 for an A/C issue. At that time, a cooling substance was added to correct the problem of no cold air being emitted from the driver side air vents. After a few days, I noticed an unpleasant odor coming from the same vents. I called Honda to schedule another appointment. Tyler was my service representative. He was pleasant and attentive. It seems the entire A/C system had not been checked on the previous appointment. I was told that a rodent had gotten into the engine area and that is what caused the unpleasant odor. I was disappointed tbat I was charged again for another A/C issue within a month When my car was ready, I found all the items from the glove compartment on the floor, plus a bottle of water and sanitizer left on the seat. I reported this to Tyler. He is a good service representative. I have been coming to Honda of Ft Myers for years and have always received fair and excellent service. This is the first time, I have been disappointed. More
