zero rating - overcharged. I was overcharged for the service per the quoted cost. I have called the service supervisor - left 2 voice mail and have yet to receive a return call. I was quoted $49.95 for the oil change and $180 - yet charge $23.00 in misc fee that were not agreed upon - the service writer agreed to use $10 coupon however did not apply until called out. I expect to be reimbursed $23.00. More
