Dismissive It seems internal communication from the people that answer the phone to service adviser to tech a lot of information isn’t passed on. Therefore service that should have taken less than a day took three days. Not because of having to order parts, it was all poor internal communication and the blame shifting/ excuses that was interspersed through the process. Not even the service manager bothered to call me back. Yes, the vehicle was repaired in the end. It was the experience that was beyond. Not what was expected from a dealership. It is difficult to score due to moments of decency. Nobody was flat out rude. I will also add not one person acknowledged when we walked in. We walked by all the service advisers, none had customers in front of them. Many were talking among themselves. It’s that lack of customer service that really sets me off. More

Rep was good but... My representative was good however I felt that they were trying to sell me stuff I didn’t need ie new tires. The tread on my tires look good, rep even agreed with me that they didn’t need replaced as they are only a year old and we drive in town mainly. Have never been on a long trip with my van. Also, disappointed when I got home to see my synthetic oil change coupon (that I use every time, same price) was not the same total this visit. I pulled out a old receipt and for some reason rep only deducted $10 whereas previous rep’s deducted $15 so I paid $10 more for the oil change than the coupon states. I’ve never had this experience with Honda dealership. Typically it’s wonderful all around. Again, my rep was nice however I didn’t appreciate seeing them say I need new tires and an alignment when my tires look great and my car is not pulling at all. Made me feel that some of their other recommendations are bull. I’m going to get a second opinion where I purchased the van - Toyota dealership who of course say I should come to them for all my needs. Might’ve just lost a customer Honda. More

Friendly Service I went in for an oil change. I had exceptionally friendly service and my service advisor was excellent. My car was washed, but not completely dried of I went in for an oil change. I had exceptionally friendly service and my service advisor was excellent. My car was washed, but not completely dried off; my service advisor personally took the car back to the wash and dried it himself. He went above and beyond expectations. More
