I just needed a little of help and understanding When I came to the service center I was not in a good mood. I misheard what the service had said to my wife. I grumbled a bit but the service woman sa When I came to the service center I was not in a good mood. I misheard what the service had said to my wife. I grumbled a bit but the service woman said you will have your turn and call me when the car is ready. Well I was fit to be tied. I waited a hour and then the came up to me. With a big smile she said you must have been relieved because we could see the damage the guy would have done if the drip plate fell off. You are very fortunate to bring it in now. She said she got the service man to only charge the minimal which was 1/2 hour of his time. She documented every thing on our receipt . Corina Ard was our service representative. More
