I was not going to have my car back in time we are going through a rough time right now with my husband’s illness and a dealer did not have any loaners available she went above and beyond to make things happen for me even offered to go half on the rental never have I experienced such an excellent service from the service advisor !!! More

Very professional staff and service was prompt and efficient When I first called the service department I was told to have the vehicle towed in and gave me the number for that service. Then the service advisor called and gave me the information and had everything under control which took away any stress that I might have in this situation. Things kind of went set up quite right, and there seem to be a lot of chaos on the sales room floor. I overheard one salesman on the phone with Apple support talking about his ex-wife hacking into his Apple ID account. I overheard another salesman talking over his past weekends exploits. Didn’t seem professional, but also didn’t seem like there was an area where those conversations could happen? I had an appointment to get my car serviced, and still had to wait over 30 minutes before my car got assigned to a tech. More
