Very state of the art!!! I came in for an oil change and a car wash. So of course I drove through the machine and by the time I stopped to talk to the person, another came out I came in for an oil change and a car wash. So of course I drove through the machine and by the time I stopped to talk to the person, another came out and handed him a sheet of paper. The machine was a very simple, easy way to check out my alignment and the thickness of tread left. !!!!! WOW now that's great use to help customers ability to maintain their car. I have used Fort Myers Honda Ford years, and now with the new location, THEY ARE EVEN BETTER! Everything was so fast and even the Wi-fi was fast with the password placed so anyone can see it. Service time took longer than expected. I planned on 1.5 hrs Service time was longer than expected but the place was comfortable to sit in while waiting. They plan to operate a mini cafe so you can get food etc. That’s what my service guy told me. More

Excellent though expensive I had extensive maintenance services at 93000 miles. Services seem to be excellent. Service writer was pleasant and helpful. Costs seem high, though I have not directly compared these costs at other local garages. Decided to replace tires at dealer, after 92000 on original, though had perhaps another 10000 miles remaining. Was surprised to find that another model of tire was substituted for the model requested. I was never informed of this by the service writer, either before or after. I chose not to raise objection, as the substituted model may be superior to the requested one. However, I believe I should have been informed. Otherwise, I was happy with my service experience. More
