Poor customer service Justin had no follow through and failed to keep me informed of the progress of my vehicle. He had no sense of urgency and after 1 1/2 hours I went to Justin had no follow through and failed to keep me informed of the progress of my vehicle. When I paid I was overcharged on bill and Travis forgot to do one item (install the first ont license plate bracket) as discussed several times upon arrival. This caused another 30 minutes wait! Awesome staff, service and environment. Aamir was amazing- personable, funny, an amazing sales person which one wouldn’t think about a service rep.
