Ripped Off I took my car in for airbag recall and transmission fluid change. They said I had an oil leak and recommended I get the engine degreased and a fluores I took my car in for airbag recall and transmission fluid change. They said I had an oil leak and recommended I get the engine degreased and a fluorescent dye added to determine where the leak was in 250 miles. They dooped me into this to the tune of $120! When I returned my car to be checked around 250 miles I was informed I had oil leaking from 4 areas and it would cost $1800 to fix. Needless to say I picked my car up and took it to my normal trustworthy mechanic who informed me my engine was not degreased by Honda and only 2 out of the 4 areas needed to be fixed costing $400 as opposed to $1800. This experience confirmed to me that dealerships always try to rip customers off especially women! now I am wondering if they actually changed my transmission fluid like I paid for! Not a happy customer. More

Pushy service reps Felt the service reps were pushy. Went in for a free oil change and left paying over $200.
