Express is a bit of a stretch Had an appointment for noon during a work day and I left after 2pm. Unacceptable. No one seemed to concerned that it was taking an extraordinary amoun Had an appointment for noon during a work day and I left after 2pm. Unacceptable. No one seemed to concerned that it was taking an extraordinary amount of time and then, when completed, they approached me with a laundry list of suggested maintenance for the car. The only one of any real consequence was the nail in my front passenger tire and I asked them to check that tire. I was told that it was patch-able but it would take another 45 minutes. What?!? Also the laundry list of stuff that you “suggested” totaled over $700 for a car that is certified pre owned that I bought from you in January. Not cool Honda of Fort Myers. Not cool at all. Love the Honda brand but I’ll be hesitant to go back after this. Not respecting people’s time and, I guess, it was taken to be a serious sales call. Before you say it I know that there’s a however many point inspection but it’s all in the delivery you know. More

Pleasantly surprised! I was very happy that this HONDA service center took appointments and when I arrived, I was greeted by two very happy, friendly employees. Then the service representative came out to greet me immediately, and asked me what I was having done. Since I had just moved to the area, and it was my first visit to this HONDA center, he asked me for records of past service on my car so that no service would be duplicated. That was very thoughtful. I sat and waited for my car in a nice and clean waiting area. After about half an hour, the representative came to me to discuss some other things on my car that needed addressing, asking if I wanted them done at that time. We discussed it, and my questions were answered courteously and thoroughly. The work was completed, and I left after an hour! That is the shortest time I have ever had to wait for my car at a HONDA service center. I was very happy! More
