Poor Customer Service! Made a appointment on the 20th of April for service, I work nights but got up early due to a recall on my Odyssey, When I arrived for service, I was i Made a appointment on the 20th of April for service, I work nights but got up early due to a recall on my Odyssey, When I arrived for service, I was informed that the parts ran out two days ago and they were suppose to arrive that morning but Honda did not inform me. The service rep did track down the parts the same day and called me to reschedule for the 27th. Had my car serviced on the 27th, waited for 3 hours, noticed my car sitting out front and my service provider was not around. Asked another service provider and he found my paper work, asked for a signature and said I was good to go. When I opened my car door, I noticed that someone stepped in mud and then my floor mat and carpet! The plastic was still on the seat, waiter sign on my dash and the paper that Honda puts on the floor mat was slid to the side with mud! Went in side to speak with the Service Manager Mr. Travis Hines, he was not in his office and asked for his card. Sent Mr. Hines a email with pictures and asked for a phone call and informed Mr. Hines I work nights, did receive a phone call on 30 April from Mr. Hines. I called Honda and was disconnected twice by the operator who put me on hold and is to incompetent to transfer calls, the third time I left a voice mail. It is now 7 May, I have not received a phone call or an email, that is very stereotypical of Honda of Fort Meyers, before this I had my brakes replaced on my CRV and who ever was inside my car put there hand print on the inside of my windshield. A LOT OF ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT HERE!!!!!!! More
Sold me unwanted warranty I am a 74 year old Senior Citizen. I purchased a 2018 Pilot from Honda of Fort Myers ! They have a fast talking Finance person that sold I am a 74 year old Senior Citizen. I purchased a 2018 Pilot from Honda of Fort Myers ! They have a fast talking Finance person that sold me a warranty for $1,977.00 plus tax that I did not know about. Then they added a Road Hazzard Warranty for tires costing $615.00 that I did not know about . The Road Hazzard Warranty is included at Costco and Sams with the purchase of tires. I have been trying for nearly 2 month's to get a refund. They told me they had to apply the money to Honda Finance on the end of my loan. They finally added the money on the end of my loan except for the $155.52 I paid in FL sales tax. This Sonic Automotive owned dealership is trying to Rip me a 74 year old man out of the sales tax I paid to them. This dealership tries every trick in the book to rip off Senior Citizens .I have contacted their Parent company Sonic Automotive Group many times over the last 6 weeks. If I was in the market for a new Honda and Honda of Fort Myers was the only local Honda dealer.And the next closes Honda dealer was in Jacksonville FL. I would drive to Jacksonville FL to buy one ! More
Awesome experience AGAIN! Burlin did an amazing job finding just the right vehicle for me! I had just grown my family by 3 and needed a bigger vehicle. When I got there my new car was gassed up and ready for my test drive. I picked the car he chose for me and onto makin the deal happen! The finance department was amazing at making my new car fit my budget! I drove off the lot in my new 2018 Odyssey within 2 hours of my arrival! Love my new car and Honda of Fort Myers! More

Overall, very good experience. Alex (Salesman), John the manager and Jonathan in Finance were amazing. They helped us with the best situation, dealing with some credit challenges. We purchased a beautiful Honda Accord, which looks as if it was right off the line, and it is a used car. Alex was patient and explained everything, making us understand how we were coming up with the monthly payments. The only thing that was disappointing, was at the very end. I have purchased cars before with a full tank of gas (the usual case), some with 1/2 a tank... but never have I pulled out of the dealership and had to search for the closest gas station... the handed over the keys to us with the car on fumes... that was not a good impression to leave on. More

Service on AC We were 2000 miles from home and the AC went out on our Pilot. Ken the service manager got me in first thing in the morning, and had the AC fixed in less than 3 hours. In addition, they fixed a recall regarding the airbag inflator that I didn’t know about. The price seemed somewhat high, but I guess that would be the case everywhere. Anyway, the work was done right and done promptly. More
