Very impressed with my salesman, John, and Clay was probably the nicest financial person I have ever dealt with. Most are not high on my list. Therefore I am the proud owner of a 2015 CRV TOURING SUV, and I absolutely LOVE IT!! Definitely worth the drive from Naples which was more costly. More

Worked with me I was nearing the end of my CRV lease and went in to talk to sales. Irma wiped my bank accounts out and I wasn't able to afford another CRV. Very smooth transition and a positive experience! Honda of Fort Myers provided me with a positive alternative to the car buying experiences that I’ve had in the northern states. Providing the consumer with an unnegotiated ”best price” saved me from having to resort to bargaining from the MSRP. Using buying guides as a reference, I felt that Honda of Fort Myers was consistent with the guides. Jacob Novak, my salesperson, expedited the buying process and assisted me in arriving at a fair and reasonable purchase price. Although I was also seriously considering the purchase of an Acura TLX, the innovative design, customer service, and fairness in pricing prompted me to purchase my new 2018 Honda Accord. The entire purchasing experience was well managed by Honda of Fort Myers from start to finish. Again, I applaud Jacob Novak on his friendly attitude and high level of expertise. More

It was because of the ROTOR that needed to be replaced. After explaining to KEN OATIS our customer care agent it is Honda's problem not ours because the break pads are still good and the ROTOR bad, he went to the manager and get it fix for FREE. On top of all that he gave us a 20% discount on the oil change. We only want HONDA to recall this defectuous ROTOR More
