What dragged this down for me was having a tire rotation added to my service request, that I never requested and then had it not been for my reminding Ivan the I knew that when I purchased four tires from Honda (it’s right there on your computer) I was not going to be charged for the service for the life of the tires??? Little thing, but if I’m gonna pay dealership service prices, I expect to have Honda expertise and not to have added costs placed on my bill...you can see I choose you for my service (despite being told by others not to) so it would make me feel valued as a loyal customer, if you would take time to listen to what service I ask for and follow through with any of the extended services you’ve promised. Vacation goes awry While vacationing on Sanibel our air conditioning went out in our CRV. We'd noticed it wasn't cooling properly before we left home and asked our local While vacationing on Sanibel our air conditioning went out in our CRV. We'd noticed it wasn't cooling properly before we left home and asked our local dealer to check it. We were told it was fine and just needed freon. But it wasn't just freon! Once we arrived at Honda of Fort Myers we met Lester who ended up taking a stressful situation and took control! He had the diagnosis in less than an hour, yes, the compressor was done, he located a new one, arranged for a rental so that we didn't lose any vacation time, had the rental company pick us up and covered the cost. He had our CRV ready by the end of the day, and even though it was an expense we were not anticipating while on vacation, he got the total below his estimate. Lester really helped to make a heated situation cooler! We can not thank him enough for his kindness when it often seems businesses want you in and out, and your money.
